First official day of summer break

Grandparents are still here, and although meal times can be hard around them, they ARE my family and I do really love them. 

im choosing a positive mindset today, despite the fact that we are probably going out to lunch..even though my mom won’t tell me where :(

My ED will NOT ruin my summer. I plan on being 1000x healthier physically and mentally by the time school starts up in august. Its go time.

Why me

When did I become afraid of pasta?
I’m mad at myself for developing this mindset, but I still would rather have marinara than Alfredo.

I want to be strong and say “I’m gonna tough this out” but I’m probably gonna lose it. Even better when we have company.

Sorry for this depressing post, but this seriously sucks.

Feeling so free today~

I got a run/walk in this morning but now I’m off to a day on the lake with my family because my grandparents are here!! Just ate lunch with no struggle, and I’m going to enjoy myself this afternoon with no thoughts of meals, numbers, or my ED. This is freedom. This is health.

Lunch! 
- side salad with romaine & broccoli
- homemade pizza on a whole wheat bun, tomato sauce, and a slice of Swiss cheese with 4 oz grilled chicken
(i had already eaten the other half of the pizza lol oops..)

Pizza was/is a fear food for me I’ll admit, but it made it a little easier knowing that I made it, not some freezer packaged pizza. 

Balanced, healthy, and yummy :)

SUMMER IS HERE:)

French exam=done!!
But now I have zero idea what to do for the rest of my day. Probably some sort of exercise, a nice nap, and a good book? Sounds super good :)
